Turn Your Existing Course Content Into a Multimedia Production Engine
You've spent months building a course. Writing curriculum. Recording videos. Answering the same student questions over and over.
And somehow, you're still doing everything manually. Slide by slide. Email by email. Support message by support message.
The content you already have is sitting there untouched, doing nothing except living in a Google Doc and making you feel slightly overwhelmed.
That changes here.
Build Your Knowledge Fortress is a hands-on, two-session workshop where you'll connect your existing intellectual property to NotebookLM and walk out with a working AI content system, a multimedia asset library, and a Shadow Tutor your students can access around the clock while your original files stay locked and protected.
Build Your Knowledge Fortress is perfect for:
-
Course creators who have existing content but no system for turning it into consistent assets -
Coaches and consultants sitting on years of IP they haven't fully monetized
-
Educators who are tired of being the only support person for their students -
Anyone who looked at AI tools and thought "this is impressive" but never got it running inside their real business
-
Online business owners who want AI in their workflow but don't know where to actually start
Everything you need to get your AI content system running — no tech background, no starting from scratch, no extra tools to buy.

Your Questions, Answered.
No. The workshop is built for implementation, which means Kim walks you through every step live. If you have never opened NotebookLM before, you will be running your first prompt within the first 20 minutes of Session One.
You'll want a few pieces of your own content ready to upload: your website URL, one or two YouTube video links, a course outline (even a rough one), and a buyer persona or description of your ideal student. The more you bring, the more your Fortress reflects your actual business.
Most of the prompts in the Day One and Day Two Prompt Sheet work across AI tools. NotebookLM is the recommended platform for this workshop because of its source-based architecture and the Shadow Tutor sharing feature, but the content generation prompts are tool-agnostic.
Build Your Knowledge Fortress is for your personal and business use only. The workshop content, prompt sheet, and frameworks are not to be resold, shared outside your organization, or redistributed in any form.
The Brainy Girl Collective community is where you bring your questions. Kim and your fellow members are there. Implementation questions, tech blocks, prompt troubleshooting — bring it all.
This would take most course creators 20+ hours to figure out on their own — if they ever got there at all.
